Terms and Conditions for Enable Safety Ltd including use of Website

In these Terms and Conditions we, our or us refers to Enable Safety Ltd and may be subject to change without any consultation.

Acceptance of Terms

Enable Safety Ltd reserve the right to modify any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website or our Services will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement.

Enable Safety Ltd has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of the Website or Service provision without warning or liability arising from such action

Limitation of Liability

Enable Safety Ltd will under no circumstances be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profit or data in relation to your use of the Website.

Nothing within this agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of Enable Safety Ltd or agents.


All intellectual property of Enable Safety Ltd such as trademarks, Trade names and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the appearance or functionality of the Website remain the property of Enable Safety Ltd.

By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Enable Safety Ltd and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing or exploiting for commercial purposes any material contained within the Website.


The information contained on the Website is provided on the basis that no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to accuracy, fitness for purpose, security or compatibility of any components of the Website.

Payment for Services

Full payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified within an invoice or signed proposal agreement for services provided. Cheques should be made payable to Enable Safety Ltd. Fees relating to training courses must be paid by required/specified dates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds and partial refunds will be at the discretion of the Managing Director on a case by case basis. There are occasions where fees paid to accrediting or licensing organisation may specify conditions outwith the control of Enable Safety Limited.

Health and Safety

Enable Safety Ltd will so far as is reasonably practicable look after their own safety and that of others when visiting premises in relation to their undertakings. In return it is expected that you (the client) will look after the health and safety of Enable Safety Ltd employees and associates bringing to their attention any hazards and site rules prior to undertaking any work, including visits, training provision, meetings on sites or premises. Enable Safety Ltd reserve the right to refuse to enter sites or premises deemed to present a risk to their safety.

Jurisdiction and Law

The Website is controlled by Enable Safety Ltd and hosted by a provider within Scotland and governed by such local jurisdiction. Anyone accessing the Website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with local legal requirements.
